I am delighted to report that we have completed recruitment for our Phase 1 clinical trial; the last participant was administered the study formulation today. My warmest thanks to the participants, to the dedicated research team who are shown in the picture (From Left: Dr. Tzuri Lifschytz, Ilana Pogodin, Shira Lerer, Prof. Bernard Lerer, Nahum Kremer, Eisa Moualem, Dr. Dudu Hakimian) and to the staff of the Internal Medicine Day Unit, Hadassah-Hebrew University Medical Center. (Absent from the picture is Prof. Uriel Heresco-Levy, originator of the research hypothesis with me). Our thanks to Negev Labs (Palomar) for their unrestricted support of the study, to Nextar Chemopharma Solutions, who prepared the formulation and to our CRO, Galilee Clinical BioResearch. On the background of extensive preclinical research, this is the first clinical-translational study of Hadassah BrainLabs Center for Psychedelic Research and the first clinical-psychedelic study at Hadassah Medical Center.
